It made me laugh for a while. It’s so cute and so funny. I hope they are friends forever.

Boy!
Caleb is so happy to have a brother! He giggled for at least 5 minutes after the lady told us it was a boy. I am so happy that everything looked good. No abnormalities or anything to be worried about. Just another beautiful, healthy baby! So far the head and stomach are measuring a little big- Caleb was the same way. He is about 7 ounces now and in the 48th percentile overall. I go back on Oct 27th for another scan and for an echo of his heart, which is protocol for me and my pregnancies. Heart looked good though so I shouldn’t worry. Caleb had a small spot of concern on his during that scan but it turned out to be fine. It was another long day but a good one. I got to watch my new boy move all around for about an hour and he is definitely a mover. I just haven’t felt him for sure yet. A few times I thought so but couldn’t tell for sure. He was moving constantly. Our tech said he was very cooperative. I hope he stays that way! I’m so excited to meet him now.
He was so tired after our long day. He was passed out by the time we were almost home. (mouth wide open catching flies)
We found another picture at the doctors office! We were in a different sono room this time. Caleb’s so cute.
He made all of these pictures on his own while thinking of Reese. The bottom two were from the days right after. He wrote This is to remember Reese on the last one, all by himself. I think he did great, and it was very thoughtful of him.
Last night Caleb made a discovery. He yelled for me from his room saying “Mom! I’m starting to get one of those apple things!” I said “what things?” he said “on my neck!” I said “oh, you mean an adam’s apple??” He said “yes, can you come see it?” So I went into his room and I was saying “aww look at your little adam’s apple!” and he got mad and said “stop making fun of me!” He’s so funny.

Where did my baby go?? Gosh I love him.
I can’t believe how big he’s getting. I was looking at him this morning sleeping in his bed, and he’s just huge these days. Slow down and enjoy your babies because it really does fly by. It’s by far the greatest joy in the world though. I heard that song “your gonna miss this” this morning and I almost cried. It’s just so true. I love my baby.
We may have played an older, more experienced team and lost the game, but the kids really did great. I’m very proud, especially of my little man.
I’m not getting enough pictures these days! Someone please come be a photographer for me! I want a great shot to get blown up :)
Pretty huge for 4 months! It was right after pigging out at Five Guys though.. and then I may have had some ice cream?? It was the first time I have wanted a cheeseburger since the morning sickness started. I’m really improving a lot when it comes to that.
Caleb was my photographer. Ryan was teasing me for doing it, I told him I was a belly shot slacker though, and it was a great night for an impressive belly pic. I have a short torso so I think I always stick out further.
I had my regular appt with Dr. Aron on weds 9/15/10. It was very quick, I did the usual step on the scale, pee in the cup, blood pressure and checked for the heartbeat and I was out of there in 30 minutes from when I went in. 11 more days til I know if I’m having a brother or sister for Caleb! Can’t wait. I’ve been missing my sister Michelle in WV so much lately. I heard Red Red Wine in the car this morning and was cracking up thinking about when I got my period for the first time. She would sing Lady in Red and anything she could to torment me. Then she got hers a month or so after me! Karma! Can’t wait to see my sis next month.
I didn’t manage to take one picture during the game. I was too busy with the kids. It was great though! I can’t believe how big my boy is getting.
These are pictures from back when Caleb tried the peewee soccer with Robin Kegg. I can’t believe how small he was and how big he is getting now. I need to take some pics to show how tall he is compared to me. It wont be long before he’s bigger than his mommy :(

Catcher! isn’t he adorable?? He got hit with the ball 3 times during practice, and still said it was the most fun practice ever. This also means that my baby has his very first athletic cup! they have to have one to play catcher, so we got him one over the weekend and he doesn’t mind it at all. Finally we got our Fall schedules and our first two games are against our buddies on the Tigers team! So much fun.

These are cell phone pics that I sent to one of my bff’s. They are from last week in the bathroom at work. yuck. Anyhow, I pretty much have outgrown all of my pants already. I have had to use one of those belly bands almost everyday for the last month. I popped right out this time. I will take better pics at home soon.
I wasn’t sure if I should post pics of my knots and bruising, but I figured what the heck.
I am really starting to feel better finally. Not normal by any means but I can actually function almost normally finally. I was so afraid I would be that way the entire time. I would still bet lots of money I’m having a girl, but we will see.. in 21 days. I know I said it already but I’m so excited.
My new problem is sleeping. I can’t get comfortable at night, then when I wake up I can’t get back to sleep. Maybe my body is preparing itself for the sleepless nights to come. Not that Caleb doesn’t already help me with those often enough. He’s being such a sweetie. He makes me a new picture of Reese everyday, and he likes to kiss my tummy and says hi to the baby. It’s kinda weird to me but it’s sweet. I’m not someone that likes a lot of attention about her belly, I don’t want people rubbing on it. My mother cant seem to help herself though. I had to swat at her yesterday for trying to pull my shirt up and rub on it. ugh , I hate it.
My Panera addiction is back in full force with the new La plata one open. I had it Saturday and Sunday and I’m going to get it today!
I’m also very excited about Fall Ball. It’s going to be fun!
